Chapin works at the front desk of our practice welcoming patients and visitors to the office by greeting them in person and on the telephone, answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members, optimizing provider schedules and assisting patients with paperwork and billing questions. Chapin maintains patient files by obtaining accurate demographic information and efficient data entry. Chapin also manages medical records requests received from other physicians, insurance companies, attorneys and for disability determination.
